Ancira RV in Boerne, TX is hiring Experienced RV Sales Professionals to join our high‑performing team. This is an immediate opening for motivated, career‑driven individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a competitive sales environment.

Retail RV sales experience is preferred; however, experienced sales professionals are encouraged to apply. You’ll be working alongside a knowledgeable, results‑driven team committed to remaining a leader in the industry.

• Guide customers through the RV buying process from initial inquiry to final sale
• Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Maintain product knowledge of RV models, features, and financing options
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Ensure a professional, positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Accurately complete sales documentation and comply with dealership policies

• Previous RV ormotorhome sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass background evaluation and random drug testing
