We provide a complete, turn-key truck rental program for self-storage, home services, and real estate professionals, handling everything from the vehicle and graphics to insurance. Our clients get a powerful marketing and operational tool without the hassle, so they can focus on growing their business.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help fuel that growth.

What You’ll Do

This role is equal parts relationship builder, strategic thinker, and closer
. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building meaningful partnerships, and driving new business.

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries
  • Conduct outreach, presentations, and follow-ups with prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client success
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
  • Represent On The Move at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong relationship-building and client retention skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently
  • Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Industry experience in self-storage, real estate, trades, or home services is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and industry events
