We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team at TB Industrial. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks across our projects, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our operations. This position requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

• Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Assist with site preparation, including digging, grading, and clearing debris.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and senior workers to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Help with the setup and teardown of work sites and equipment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and safety awareness.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a labor‑intensive role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a construction or labor setting.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if necessary.
