Foreman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Title

Responsible for building an assigned job within a given schedule and budget.

Read plans, shoot elevations, and all scope of construction.

Plans, assigns, schedules, and supervises the work of laborers, truck drivers, and equipment operators engaged in the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of concrete & underground utility installation, back filling and compacting of trench, the installation of trench shoring, and installation of street steel plating.

Operates, instructs and trains employees in the safe operation of construction equipment and tools, and job techniques and skills.

Prepares time and other required reports; recommends purchase of tools, equipment, and material.

Supervise on site equipment operators, ensure proper maintenance, and safe usage of all equipment.

Performs all related work as required by Project Manager or Chief Operating Officer.
