About the RoleAs an Installation Technician at Captivate, you will play a vital role in bringing high‑end residential technology to life. You’ll be responsible for installing and troubleshooting sophisticated A/V systems, home theaters, networks, and lighting solutions. This is a full‑time, in‑person position reporting directly to our Project Manager. We are looking for a technically inclined, hands‑on professional who is curious about how things work and hungry to grow.
Ideally, you are a trustworthy individual with a pleasant disposition and high emotional intelligence.
- Experience with construction sites, A/V, lighting, shading, and control systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot devices and interpret technical documents/floor plans.
- Physical capability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools, and lift up to 75 lbs.
- A steady work history (3+ years between roles) and a clean driving record with reliable transportation.

- Competitive Pay: $48,000 - $56,000 per year ($23-$27/hour).
