Foreman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

• Lead, direct, and supervise assigned crew members on job sites
• Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and conduct job briefings
• Enforce safety standards, including OSHA and DOT/FMCSA compliance
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel for job completion
• Monitor productivity, quality, and timelines to meet project deadlines
• Perform and oversee energized and de-energized work as needed
• Ensure accurate completion of documentation (JSAs, inspections, logs, timesheets)
• Serve as the primary field contact for supervisors, clients, and inspectors
• Ensure vehicles and equipment meet DOT compliance requirements

Requirements

• Journeyman Lineman experience required
• Proven leadership and crew supervision experience
• CDL Class A required
• Strong knowledge of line construction, safety standards, and regulations

Working Conditions

• Work is performed outside in all types of weather environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, climb, stoop, stand, and lift for long periods of time.
• Substantial movements of the hands, wrists, and/or fingers.
• Required to have close visual acuity to perform job duties.
