Department Supervisor Warehouse Operations

Location: Boerne, TX

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Some after-hours and emergency response required beyond this M-F 8-5 job

Join Our Team Lead a High-Performing Operations Team

Mannapov is seeking an experienced Department Supervisor to lead multiple warehouse production teams in a fast-paced electronics processing and distribution environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching employees, improving processes, and driving productivity while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

As a Department Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, develop team members, and ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on time.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop multiple warehouse production teams.
  • Plan daily staffing and workflow to meet production schedules.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure products are processed according to customer and company quality standards.
  • Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Audit work in progress and completed work for quality and compliance.
  • Partner with Operations and IT to resolve system issues and improve processes.
  • Analyze production reports and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee development plans.
  • Address attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters when necessary.
  • Ensure all safety policies and operational procedures are followed.
  • Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when needed.
  • Prepare weekly operational reports for executive leadership.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
  • Experience improving productivity, quality, and operational performance.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make sound business decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Regularly lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Occasionally climb ladders.
  • Work in a warehouse environment while maintaining safety standards.
Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require.
  • Limited overnight travel may be required.
