Branch Ambassador

• Execute high-volume cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing accurately
• Maintain compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
• Identify client personal or business goals and recommend appropriate digital tools or banking solutions
• Greet customers and provide hospitality throughout the branch space
• Balance efficient high-volume operations with community-focused customer service
• Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius as needed
• Occasionally assist other locations in the broader region
• Adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to attend required training sessions, including sessions outside the primary shift schedule
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move for extended periods
• Regular and consistent attendance
• Associate’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred
• Proficient in G-Suite preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills preferred
