• After onboarding, new hires immediately begin training to certify for higher jobs and pay in a line of progression.
• As you move up through the lines, you will be required to test and certify in each job. Each job entails working on a team that runs a process by operating equipment systems, monitoring details, troubleshooting and adjusting to ensure performance of the process.
• You will be responsible for conducting tests and inspections to evaluate the quality of products, ensuring procedures are followed and assessing the reliability of running systems and machines.
• The job will require critical thinking skills for technical and mechanical decisions.
• The physical demands for the job will include
  • Climbing, working at heights, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials

• Team Player – Collaborate and work cooperatively across a multifunctional team.
• Dependability – Arrive to work on time and work scheduled shifts.
• Self‑Motivation – Show effort toward training to move up to the next position and accept feedback to improve or take corrective action.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum high school graduate or GED.
• Eligible for employment in the US.
• Must be willing to meet the following requirements:
  • Operate or work in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery or elevated working surfaces with proper safety training and safety protection).
  • Must pass a criminal background check as a condition of employment.
  • Undergo a job‑related health assessment as a condition of employment.
  • Undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment.
  • Submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment.
  • Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule.
  • Work overtime on a regular basis with last‑minute notification.
  • Work holidays and weekends on a regular basis.
  • Wear required safety equipment.
