We are looking for a Project Coordinator – Tier 2 Support to support enterprise customers throughout their onboarding and go‑live journey with Sana. In this role, you will act as the central coordination point between customers and internal Sana experts, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and customer support is proactive, responsive, and effective.
This is a remote, 12‑month contract role with ongoing project volume and potential to grow into a senior role.

Timezone: CET preferred (EST also accepted)
Key Responsibilities- Support customers in using Sana’s learning platform throughout onboarding and go‑live.
- Participate in project kick‑off meetings and follow up on action items.
- Set up and manage project plans using provided templates.
- Proactively follow up on plans, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting agendas.
- Conduct 1:1 customer meetings, trainings, and troubleshooting sessions.
- Respond to customer requests via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify issues, log bug reports, and share structured product feedback.
- Coordinate with internal Sana experts to resolve problems and manage stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer support, or a client‑facing role.
- Strong communication and expectation‑management skills.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Growth mindset with a coaching and customer‑first attitude.
- Ability to work to deadlines and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Willingness and ability to learn the Sana platform quickly and work autonomously after onboarding.
- Experience supporting enterprise or B2B SaaS customers.
- Exposure to onboarding, implementation, or customer success projects.
- Prior experience working CET or EST hours.
- Familiarity with learning platforms or LMS products.
