Demand Planner Manager

Overview

Lead the demand planning process to deliver accurate and data-driven forecasts. Develop, implement, and continuously improve demand planning processes and tools. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align forecasts with market trends, promotions, and production capacity. Drive consensus demand planning meetings (S&OP) with key stakeholders. Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer inputs to support forecast accuracy. Identify demand risks and opportunities, and proactively recommend actions.

Lead initiatives to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste while ensuring service level targets. Monitor and report key demand planning KPIs, such as forecast accuracy and bias.

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related major
• Has at least 5 years of solid experience as a Demand Planning Manager, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing
• Proven track record in building demand planning processes and implementing new planning systems or workflows
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills, backed by deep knowledge of supply chain and inventory planning principles
• Comfortable using planning tools such as SAP APO, Oracle, Excel, or Power BI
