Public Relation Officer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Public Relation Officer to join our team at PT Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industri, based in Bogor, West Java. In this full-time role, you will play a role in implementing the company's communications strategy through creative content development, visual material production, social media management, and support for marketing materials and internal communications. This position requires the ability to work independently, proactively contribute ideas, and maintain the consistency of the company's identity and reputation across all communication channels.

• Develop ideas and create content for the company's social media channels in accordance with the communication strategy.
• Write captions and storytelling that are informative, relevant, and in keeping with the company's tone.
• Propose innovative content formats to increase reach and engagement.
• Assist in analyzing content performance to inform improvements.
• Edit photos and videos of company activities (events, CSR, visits, operations, etc.).
• Ensure professional visual quality and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Provide recommendations for improving documentation quality.
• Design and develop promotional materials such as company profiles, brochures, proposals, presentations, websites, and more.
• Able to translate technical information into communicative visual materials.
• Propose design updates according to evolving business needs.
• Support internal campaigns with engaging and effective visual materials.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of company events (internal and external).
• Prepare visual materials and publications for the event.
• Coordinate with vendors, event organizers, and internal parties as directed by Supervisor.
• Help ensure smooth documentation and publication throughout the event.

• Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mastery of design and multimedia software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects, Canva, etc.).
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful PR campaigns.
• Proficient in media relations, crisis management and social media engagement.
