Finance, Accounting and Tax Department Head Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the Finance, Accounting & Tax department, presenting comprehensive and reliable financial and tax reports to support hospital management decision‑making; and provide data and supervision to the Head of Finance and Administration.
• Implement the “Siloam Hospitals Accounting and Reporting Guideline” developed in line with financial accounting standards; coordinate with related departments and divisions, manage accounting functions, and produce accurate, timely financial reports with detailed analysis.
• Plan and coordinate the reporting and payment of company tax obligations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Plan, coordinate and control the hospital’s cash flow, including debts and receivables, to maintain sufficient operational funds for investment, expansion, and other financial needs.
• Verify payments for doctor fees and other expenses, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement.
• Build and maintain effective cooperation with teams, departments and other divisions to ensure smooth implementation of finance and accounting functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related major.
• Minimum of 2–3 years experience in a similar field (preferably 1–2 years in the same position).
• Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Precision in financial reporting, budgeting and compliance activities.
• Preferred certification: brevet A and tax brevet certification.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, accounting software) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
