Senior Manager Finance & Accounting

Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of both stand‑alone and consolidated financial statements for all entities.

Ensure all financial recording aligns with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) or IFRS.

Manage and oversee the intercompany transactions and reconciliation process, ensuring all cross‑entity balances match and are recorded correctly.

Present periodic financial performance reports to the management committee with comprehensive analyses.

Oversee all daily accounting functions, including Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets across all entities.

Evaluate and continuously improve financial and accounting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize policies across all business units.

Ensure all entities comply with current Indonesian tax regulations in a timely manner (tax compliance).

Lead the preparation process of the Annual Budget, Forecasting, and Long-Term Business Plans for each entity and on a consolidated basis.

Conduct variance analysis (budget vs. actuals) and provide actionable recommendations to reduce operational costs or improve profit margins.

Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors (Public Accounting Firms) to ensure a smooth annual audit process across all entities.

Build and strengthen internal control systems with Internal Audit & Risk Management team to mitigate the risk of fraud or financial leakage, ensuring company assets are well‑safeguarded.

Lead, mentor, and facilitate the professional development of the Finance & Accounting team distributed across multiple entities.

Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for team members and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management. A Master’s Degree or Professional Certification in Accounting/Finance/Management is a strong plus.

In-depth understanding of PSAK/IFRS and the latest Indonesian tax regulations.

Highly proficient in preparing and analyzing consolidated financial statements.

Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Acumatica, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).

Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage large teams across different business entities.

Sharp analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders.

Able to perform well under pressure with tight deadlines.
