- Responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by serving as the primary point of contact for all guest interactions.
- Greets and completes established check in & check out procedures and ensure the guest are satisfied.
- Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Minimum 2 years experience position in international chain hotels.
- Highly motivated, good team player, passionate and guest oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
