Responsibilities
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue performance
- Coordinate with maintenance, F&B, and event teams
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery
- Lead and develop operational staff
- Support tournaments and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, Sports Management, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Golf Club or hospitality operations
- Strong operational and financial understanding
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and events
- Willing to be placed in Sentul, Bogor
- Experience managing premium golf or leisure facilities
- Exposure to property or mixed-use developments
- Knowledge of golf management systems
