Le Eminence Hotel Convention & Resort Ciloto Puncak is a five‑star mountain retreat offering 379 rooms, extensive leisure facilities, and one of the largest convention venues in West Java. It combines luxury accommodation with natural surroundings, making it ideal for both family holidays and corporate events.
We are currently looking for an Revenue & Distribution Manager to join our team. This role reports directly to the General Manager.
What you will do:- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy.
- Prepare accurate forecasting and budgeting for rooms revenue.
- Analyze market trends, booking pace, and demand patterns to support decision‑making.
- Provide regular revenue performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee room inventory allocation across all channels (direct bookings, OTAs, GDS, wholesalers, corporate accounts).
- Ensure rate parity and consistency across online and offline distribution platforms.
- Manage and optimize the channel mix to balance profitability and exposure.
- Monitor and maintain system integration between PMS, RMS, and channel managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in revenue management or distribution within luxury hotels/resorts
- Previous exposure to international hospitality brands is highly preferred.
