PT Kuliner Jalan Langit mencari Sous Chef bertangan dingin untuk memimpin operasional dapur catering massal dan menjaga standar rasa, kualitas plating, serta kepatuhan food safety. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab penuh atas produksi catering besar (>1.000 porsi/event) dan pengelolaan biaya bahan baku.
Posisi ini membutuhkan pengalaman minimum 5 tahun di MICE atau catering massal, dengan keahlian Nusantara dan Western, serta sertifikasi keamanan pangan.
