This role works closely with managers and cross-functional teams to strengthen organisational capability, people effectiveness, and employee experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and support talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
, including manpower planning, selection, and onboarding
Support organisation development initiatives
, including organisational structure review, job evaluation, and performance management implementation
Provide people and HR-related support to managers on day-to-day people management matters
Identify competency gaps and identify comprehensive development programmes
Support the implementation of HR systems, HR analytics, and data-driven initiatives
Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and performance-oriented work culture
Ensure compliance with labour regulations and internal HR policies
RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital Development, Talent Management, or Organisation Development
Strong understanding of recruitment, OD, performance management, and HR best practices
Experience in regulated or Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) environments is an advantage
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions
