Compensation & Benefit Supervisor (Bogor and Tangerang Based)

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Human Resource, or related field

Minimum 5 years' experience in Compensation & Benefit or Payroll

Familiar with Indonesia Tax Regulation

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions

• Oversee and control personnel administration aspects
• Monitor and control HRIS daily implementation
• Update personnel records such as employee status, bank account, leaving employee, promotion, transfer etc., ensuring confidentiality
• Maintain and control compliance with HR systems and policies
• Provide timely employee data (attendance report, allowance, overtime) for payroll process
• Process employee benefits such as registration, termination, and maintain BPJS Health, BPJS Pension
• Handle employee medical claim process to ensure limitation of employee medical benefit
• Conduct employee exit clearance, prepare exit interview and summarize report
• Prepare and submit non-employee benefit reports to Manpower office and other government agencies (Registration of Contract Agreement, respond to surveys, complete and return all government statistical forms concerning labour and manpower)

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Human Resource, or related field
