Performance & Reward Specialist

Manage the end-to-end Performance Management process, including KPI setting, performance reviews, calibration, and annual appraisal.

Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, performance metrics, and evaluation tools across departments.

Manage salary structure, job grading, compensation reviews, and salary benchmarking to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

Administer merit increases, incentive, bonus, and promotion processes accurately and in accordance with company policies.

Analyze reward and performance data, develop dashboards, and drive process automation to improve efficiency and reporting.

Develop and maintain remuneration policies, performance frameworks, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Partner with business leaders to provide insights and recommendations related to performance management and total rewards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Reward, or Organization Development.
• Strong knowledge of salary structure, job grading, KPI management, performance appraisal, and compensation & benefits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and HRIS.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience in salary benchmarking, HR analytics, or reward automation is a plus.
