An international Christian school in Indonesia is seeking a Dormitory Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the dormitory. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe and inclusive environment for students, implement policies, and coordinate activities. Responsibilities also include addressing conflicts and supporting residents' personal and academic growth. A strong Christian faith and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field are required, with a master's preferred.
Fluency in English and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
