About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of our thrilling theme park in Bogor, West Java. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the park's management, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving continued growth and success.
What you'll be doing- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the theme park team, setting goals and driving performance to achieve operational excellence
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the theme park, including managing budgets, staffing, and maintenance
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, increase attendance, and maximise revenue
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of all park activities
- Monitor industry trends and best practices, and implement new technologies and initiatives to keep the park at the forefront of the industry
- Foster a positive and engaging work culture, motivating and developing the team to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the theme park, hospitality, or leisure industry
- Proven track record of leading successful theme park operations, including budget management, staffing, and project execution
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and strategic planning skills
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a talented team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with the Indonesian theme park and leisure industry, including relevant regulations and market trends
- Passion for creating unforgettable experiences for guests and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
