Responsibilities
Planning, developing and implementing Sales & Marketing policies and strategies. Working with management to identify and evaluate market opportunities. Coordinating and controlling marketing activities to support and improve performance in achieving company targets. Developing and implementing an integrated business plan that includes key strategies, tactics, financial objectives, budgets, channel structure, and resource deployment. Analyzing financial and operating performance against plan and taking corrective actions as necessary according to the annual business plan.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree. At least ten (5) years of management experience and significant demonstrated experience in business planning, program management, sales B2B, B2C, logistics, and distribution planning. Extensive experience in FMCG industry will be preferable. Target oriented and have a strong drive in achieving the target.
SkillsSolid leadership and strong relationship building. Good communication, persuasive and firm presentation skills, highly initiative, proactive and hard working.
