Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and sell-through targets
Lead integrated marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
Monitor pipeline performance, forecasting, and conversion metrics
Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
Manage multi-channel sales distribution and partnerships
Oversee budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting
Lead and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support project success
Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
10+ years of experience in property sales and marketing leadership
Strong track record managing large-scale property projects and middle-high market
Solid understanding of sales strategy, branding, and digital marketing
Strong financial and performance management capability
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of property market trends and buyer behavior
Willing to be placed in Sentul, Bogor
