Position: Facility Team Leader (Sentul City)

Manage site facility management services to ensure a sustainable, safe, clean and functional environment for co‑workers, visitors and customers of the store. Ensure all facility management services are delivered, and assets and buildings are maintained, in strict adherence with all applicable local regulations.

Create, implement, and actively manage annual operational and budget plans to ensure that all aspects of the building and grounds (facilities, building structures, assets and systems) are maintained to agreed standards and within agreed costs and time frames.

Empower the facility team (engineering, security, cleaning) by delegating responsibility to them to help them grow and develop according to their individual ability and experience. Actively promote the IKEA social and environmental commitment and work with the facility team to understand how, together, we can contribute to sustainability.

Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as they occur. Ensure that all facility works already follow the IKEA Standard Operating Procedure and meet the KPI and are in line with the safety risk management.

Ensure all facility management initiatives grow the business and support the sustainability of long‑term profitability. Produce and distribute periodic reports on performance of facility management service.

Manage, follow up and evaluate external service provider performance against contract terms, and provide feedback to the Procurement Department on supplier performance. Provide progress reporting on IKEA’s environmental initiatives at the store.

We want you to be a person who:
  • Good in Facilities Management (preferred) role with minimum 3 years experience in a multiservice facilities management organization, preferably in high-volume retail sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing operational budgets
    .
  • Experience in sustainability and the environment from the perspective of facility management is essential.
  • Experience in site-based contract negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule with flexible working hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays.
