Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of working experience in the same or similar position
- Strong negotiation & execution skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong coordination and interpersonal abilities
- Able to think conceptually and strategically
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willing to be placed in Summarecon Bogor
- Develop promotion strategy to increase brand image and support sales marketing
- Develop event plans and concepts based on management’s requirements
- Prepare and manage event budgets
- Strong execution promotional events in line with predetermined targets
- Conduct negotiations with Event Organizers and vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with communities aligned with the company’s target market
- Prepare comprehensive reports covering event preparation, execution, and post-event evaluation
- Prepare and manage all event-related documentation
- Create sponsorship proposals and coordinate sponsorship activities
