- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Marketing, Komunikasi, Bisnis, atau jurusan terkait)
- Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang digital marketing
- Pengalaman memimpin tim brand
- Menguasai strategi digital marketing end-to-end (Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Marketplace Ads, Content, KOL)
- Mampu menganalisis data dan mengambil keputusan berbasis data
- Memiliki leadership, komunikasi, dan problem-solving yang baik
- Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi penjualan online sesuai target bisnis perusahaan
- Mengelola dan mengembangkan tim brand (content, KOL,Livestream dll)
- Menganalisis performa campaign digital dan membuat laporan serta rekomendasi improvement
- Mengawasi strategi konten di media sosial dan e-commerce
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim CRM, dan operasional (Warehouse & Produksi)
- Mengikuti tren digital dan mengadaptasikannya sesuai kebutuhan brand
