The Sales Manager – 6A Products is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration of 6A valve products across Indonesia by developing key accounts, managing distributors, and achieving revenue targets in line with company strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies for 6A valve products across assigned territories
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with EPCs, end users, and distributors
Achieve annual sales targets, margins, and growth objectives
Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive trends
Work closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM reporting
Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in valves, piping, or industrial equipment
Strong understanding of 6A standards and applications
Proven track record in B2B industrial sales
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel domestically as required
