Sales Manager; Ink Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client relationships through coordination with sales agents.

• Drive sales growth by promoting and selling new products.

• Lead and develop a sales team to achieve targets.

• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify needs.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback for strategic insights.

• 5–7 years of sales experience, ideally in printing ink, chemical, or manufacturing industries.

• Proven leadership experience managing a sales team.

• Strong capability in managing agents and indirect sales channels.

• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Willing to travel frequently for client visits and possesses SIM
