Account Manager BTL (Bogor)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of BTL campaigns, including activations, events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable project plans.
  • Coordinate with vendors, Event Organizers, suppliers, and third‑party partners to ensure project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and work plans; ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide timely solutions.
  • Prepare project proposals, quotations, reports, and presentations for clients.
  • Ensure high standards of execution and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Management, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, Event Management, Activation, or BTL Marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience managing BTL campaigns, events, activations, roadshows, exhibitions, or trade marketing programs.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong budgeting and cost management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strategic Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Create and support execution of strategic account plans for key named accounts.
  • Drive new business development by researching, qualifying, contacting, presenting, and closing new clients in assigned territory or market segment.
  • Develop relationships with priority customer stakeholders; understand their key business issues and recommend value‑added solutions.
  • Act as liaison between the field and Global Accounts teams regarding new agreements, total cost of ownership commitments, and customer wallet‑share.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of opportunities at named accounts, including renewals, projects, and share improvement opportunities.
  • Communicate customer activity, opportunity status, renewal status, and strategic plan progress to management.
  • Participate in solution development that best addresses customer needs.
  • Engage supplier sales resources to support solution creation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years proven sales experience in outside sales or 3+ years strategic account and/or sales management.
  • History of success in developing key relationships.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership techniques.
  • Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Self‑starter able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Experience in a matrix organization managing multiple stakeholders and projects.

ERP Sales – Business Development

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients (SMEs & Enterprises).
  • Approach prospects through meetings, calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Understand client business processes and pain points.
  • Present ERP solutions and value propositions to clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Coordinate with Presales and Technical Consultants for demos and solution design.
  • Manage sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns, events, and partnerships.

Qualifications
