Lab Sales; Sumatra/Sulawesi/Kalimantan
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lab Sales professional to join Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) in a full‑time position with placement either at Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan regions, or Bogor, West Java. This is a strategic sales position within our healthcare and medical services division, responsible for driving laboratory service adoption and revenue growth across these key territories. You will be instrumental in expanding our laboratory services portfolio, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets in these high‑potential markets.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery in these regions whilst contributing to the growth and success of Indonesia's leading hospital group.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for laboratory services across Sumatra, Sulawesi, and Kalimantan regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, clinical staff, and key decision‑makers at healthcare facilities
- Present and demonstrate laboratory service offerings, equipment, and solutions tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure new clients and expand existing partnerships
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, quotes, and presentations for prospective clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities within assigned territories
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, clinical, and finance to ensure service delivery meets client expectations
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline management, and customer relationship management (CRM) documentation
- Provide regular updates on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to senior management
- Proven track record of 3+ years in healthcare sales, laboratory services sales, or medical device/equipment sales
- Strong understanding of laboratory services, diagnostic equipment, and healthcare industry operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close complex B2B sales
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales management tools
- Results‑oriented mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Sumatra, Sulawesi, and Kalimantan regions
- Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and accreditation standards is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field is preferred
