Senior Sales Executive - Taman Budaya Sentul

SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE - TAMAN BUDAYA SENTUL CITY

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in Event Sales, Hotel Sales, Venue Sales, MICE Sales, or Event Organizer.
• Proven experience in handling corporate accounts is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales drive with a target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Promote and sell Taman Budaya Sentul’s products and services, focusing on Corporate Team Building Programs, Corporate Gatherings, Company Outings or Events, School Fieldtrip, and Private / Family Gatherings.
• Develop additional revenue opportunities, including Exhibition and event space rentals, Open booths and bazaars, and Sponsorship opportunities.
• Conduct daily sales calls and sales visits to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and strategic partners.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and client databases.
