Role Description
This contract, on‑site Sales Specialist role is based in Bogor at Sekolah Bisnis Digital Marketing. The Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying prospective learners, presenting program offerings, and guiding individuals through the enrollment process. Daily activities include conducting consultations, following up on inquiries, managing a sales pipeline, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and training teams to align sales efforts with current campaigns and course schedules, as well as providing feedback on learner needs and market trends.
The Sales Specialist is expected to meet defined sales targets while delivering a professional and supportive experience to all prospective and existing learners.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and address learner needs clearly and professionally.
- Proven Sales experience, including managing a sales pipeline and converting leads into enrollments.
- Experience in Training or education-focused environments, with the ability to explain programs and learning outcomes effectively.
- Background in Sales Management or team coordination is an advantage, particularly in setting goals and monitoring performance.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and interest in business education.
- Ability to work on‑site in Bogor, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
