Our client is a Building Materials company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Business Development Supervisor.

• Develop new customers and identify new building materials projects
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable building materials
• Conduct price and contract negotiations with customers
• Prepare quotations and conduct business negotiations
• Follow up on projects from initial inquiry to order closing
• Analyze lost orders and identify areas for improvement
• Collect market, competitor, and pricing information
• Support sales strategy and business development activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and project execution
• Possibility of taking on team management responsibilities in the future
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Sales /
  -Business Development in the building materials industry
• Experience in sales of building materials
• Experience in developing new customers and projects
• Experience in managing existing customers and pricing
• Experience in preparing quotations, conducting business negotiations, and analyzing lost orders
• Experience in collecting market and competitor information
