Indogal Agro Trading is seeking a skilled butcher (Beef/Pork) to cut, trim, debone, and portion meat according to our standards. You will help maintain product quality, minimize waste, and ensure food safety throughout the processing steps.
Responsibilities include portioning beef or pork for retail, coordinating with kitchen and production teams to fulfill daily orders, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and equipment.
