    100% on-site, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM EST
  • Salary: $50k-$70k base + Comprehensive Health Benefits (after 90 days of employment) + 401k with 3% match (after 1 yr of employment)
Must have
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Nice-to-Have
  • Accounts payable experience
  • Construction accounting experience
  • Computer Ease / Deltek experience
  • Procore experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and enter vendor invoices accurately.
  • Support accounts payable and accounting operations.
  • Assist with invoice coding and job‑related accounting tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support union‑related invoice processing.
  • Utilize accounting systems and technology tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
  • Assist with process improvements and special projects as needed.
