Salary: $50k-$70k base + Comprehensive Health Benefits (after 90 days of employment) + 401k with 3% match (after 1 yr of employment)

Must have

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Nice-to-Have

Accounts payable experience
Construction accounting experience
Computer Ease / Deltek experience
Procore experience

Key Responsibilities

Process and enter vendor invoices accurately.
Support accounts payable and accounting operations.
Assist with invoice coding and job‑related accounting tasks.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Support union‑related invoice processing.
Utilize accounting systems and technology tools.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
Assist with process improvements and special projects as needed.
