Payroll Manager

A growing beverage manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join its corporate team. This is a highly visible role supporting weekly payroll operations for more than 6,000 employees across multiple states while partnering closely with Finance, HR, and Operations leadership.

• Manage and oversee weekly multi-state payroll processing for a large employee population
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Handle garnishments, tax jurisdictions, payroll audits, and payroll-related reporting
• Partner with HR and Finance leadership on payroll analytics and reporting
• Support acquisitions, integrations, and payroll-related projects
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
• Assist with payroll accounting activities, journal entries, and reconciliations

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience
• Experience supporting large employee populations (5,000+ employees preferred)
• Knowledge of payroll compliance, garnishments, and tax regulations
• Experience with ADP Payroll and related payroll systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
