Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

DTB is looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Mechanical Test Engineer with over 5 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or construction projects. This candidate has proven expertise in mechanical or fluid systems, project management, and troubleshooting complex challenges. DTB is looking for a strong communicator with a track record of building lasting customer relationships and driving efficiency in fast‑paced environments.

Budget and Risk Management
Mechanical or Fluid systems Expertise
Multi‑task and manage numerous projects at the same time
Strong critical thinking skills to efficiently plan and direct large‑scale projects, as well as mitigate risks
Troubleshooting problems creatively and thinking outside the box
Excellent verbal communication skills required for customer correspondence and working with peers
Build and maintain long lasting relationships with customers
Promote continuous improvement and be process driven

The ideal candidate will need to be successful in this position:

Required Qualifications:

4 yr. bachelor's degree in either Mechanical, Fluids, Process, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering REQUIRED
5+ years- experience in an engineering position in a similar field REQUIRED
Ability to obtain Secret clearance
US Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Mechanical/Fluid/Systems testing a plus
Ability to work overtime to meet deadlines, including nights and weekends, as necessary
Motivated to learn new challenges
Strong attention to detail
Clear verbal and written communication skills
