• Assist with upgrading and imaging company laptops
• Help organize inventory, and maintain IT hardware and software assets
• Provide general help desk support, including troubleshooting end‑user issues
• Support setup and configuration of new equipment for employees
• Assist with routine system maintenance and documentation updates
• Work closely with IT team members on various small projects and process improvements

• Actively enrolled in a college or university program (IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields preferred)
• Strong interest in information technology and hands‑on technical work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team

• Experience with Windows setup, imaging, configuration, or troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration or support (user setup, Outlook/Teams issues, One Drive sync, etc.)
• Familiarity with help desk systems or ticketing tools
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
