  • Past‑due and AR execution: Proactively manage the past‑due list for Accounts Receivable, drive action plans, and communicate commits/status to internal teams and customers; coordinate with Programs, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, Contracts, Logistics, and Customers to address constraints on billing and collections; lead daily management cadence to hold the team accountable on past‑due KPIs and solve problems immediately.
  • Export/Trade/ITC compliance: Support compliant order processing by partnering with Trade Compliance on export classification, licensing needs, denied party screening, and shipping restrictions; ensure orders and shipments align with ITC/export requirements and required documentation is complete.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify recurring drivers of data entry issues, past dues, rework, or holds; implement process improvements and standard work; maintain clean data and contribute to KPIs (OTD, past‑due aging, backlog accuracy, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, operations, sales, or finance).
Desired Characteristics

  • Process discipline and ability to standardize work.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP order entry and backlog management (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Working knowledge of export controls/trade compliance concepts or strong willingness to learn quickly.
  • Experience supporting international orders, licensing workflows, or regulated/controlled products.
