Production Tester 2nd Shift

Full‑time

Complete production testing on modules, subassemblies, P.C. boards and end units for Power test group.

• Perform automated testing on a variety of end units and subassemblies.
• Utilize and monitor a variety of test equipment.
• Record defects into tracking software and alert management of failure trends.
• Maintain production deadlines.
• Perform environmental testing.
• Ability to follow written test procedures.
• Analyze passing / failed test data.
• Provide feedback on cable assemblies and test equipment.
• Candidates must be a U.S. Person, defined as either a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), and must be able to provide appropriate documentation upon hire to verify this status. • High school diploma, Technical School graduate or equivalent experience / military training.

• Must be fluent in both written and verbal English.

• Must be able to work under tight production schedules with changing priorities.
• Must be computer literate.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required to interface with various interdepartmental personnel.
• Ability to take initiative and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
