Randstad is seeking General Warehouse Associates to support the daily operations of a top-tier distribution facility. Salary: $18 - $20 per hour

8 AM - 4 PM

• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Manage the rapid loading and unloading of commercial trailers and trucks.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label products to ensure they are ready for on-time shipping.
• Inventory Management: Utilize hand-held scanners and digital logs to maintain 100% accountability of all stock.
• Facility Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to optimize production flow.
• Material Handling: Safely operate manual and mechanical equipment, such as pallet jacks and carts, to move inventory.

• Experience: Previous background in a warehouse, production line, or fast-paced retail environment is highly preferred.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods and safely perform heavy lifting as required for freight movement.
• Technical Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to read and follow written work orders or "travelers".
• Soft Skills: Time management, a focus on workplace safety, and a cooperative team-player attitude.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
