Press Brake Operator; Custom Metal Fabrication

Are you a skilled Press Brake Operator with a passion for precision? Randstad is partnering with a leading local manufacturer that specializes in custom metal products to find a dedicated operator for their fabrication team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse, high-quality projects where your technical expertise in metal forming is the key to success.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

7 AM - 3 PM

High School

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC or manual press brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal parts according to customer specifications.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and flat patterns to determine bend sequences and tooling requirements.
• Precision Measurement: Utilize calipers, micrometers, and protractors to verify angles and dimensions, ensuring every part meets strict quality tolerances.
• Tooling & Setup: Select, install, and align proper punches and dies based on material thickness and bend radius.
• Quality Control: Perform consistent first-piece and in-process inspections to identify and resolve any forming issues.
