We are seeking a detail-oriented Conformal Coating Operator to join our electronics manufacturing team in Bohemia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying conformal coating to printed circuit boards (PCBs) to protect electronic assemblies from moisture, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes.

- Apply conformal coating to printed circuit boards (PCBs) using manual spray, selective coating equipment, or brush techniques
- Mask and de-mask electronic components prior to coating
- Inspect coated assemblies for coverage, defects, bubbles, and contamination
- Operate and maintain coating equipment and curing ovens
- Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality procedures
- Document production activities and maintain traceability records
- Ensure proper handling and storage of coating materials and chemicals
- Work closely with quality and engineering teams to resolve coating issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
