Compensation: $20 - $20.99 per hour.
Shift: First.
Work hours:
8 AM - 4 PM.
Education:
High School.
- Point-to-Point Machine Wiring: Wire complex industrial machines from scratch, expertly installing, routing, and pulling cables from point A to point B through conduits, wire trays, and structural machine frames.
- Schematic & Layout Literacy: Read and follow electrical schematics, point-to-point wire lists, blueprints, and circuit diagrams to determine correct wire gauges, coloring, and terminal placement.
- Cable & Harness Installation: Securely tie, bundle, and route intricate wire harnesses and multi-conductor cables neatly to prevent interference with moving mechanical parts.
- Crimping & Termination: Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires to terminal blocks, relays, circuit breakers, and plugs using specialized hand tools, pneumatic crimpers, and soldering irons.
- Quality & Continuity Testing: Conduct visual quality checks on all electrical connections and utilize diagnostic equipment such as multimeters or continuity testers to ensure proper circuitry before final machine testing.
