Operators and Senior Material Handlers - Multiple Shifts Available

Basic proficiency in English is required.

• 1st shift – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday
• 2nd shift – 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday
• 3rd shift – 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, Sunday through Thursday

A 4–5 day onboarding program, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, is scheduled during the first week.

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep the work area clean.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Dispense raw materials according to specifications.
• Verify labels and document dispensing processes accurately.
• Load and unload raw materials; report damage or inconsistencies.
• Scale, measure, and sample materials with precision.
• Support overflow tasks and collaborate across departments.
• Assist with inventory adjustments and cycle counts.
• Mentor peers and support a positive team environment.
• Troubleshoot issues and elevate when needed.
• Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets.
• Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–3 years of manufacturing or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and digital tools.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive.
• Skilled at guiding others and supporting team goals.

Hourly pay: $20.64–$23.64 (approx.).

Shift differentials: $1.50 per hour for 2nd shift; $3.00 per hour for 3rd shift.
