Operators and Senior Material Handlers - Multiple Shifts Available
Basic proficiency in English is required.
Shifts Available- 1st shift – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday
- 2nd shift – 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday
- 3rd shift – 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, Sunday through Thursday

- 10 Vitamin Drive, Bayport
A 4–5 day onboarding program, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, is scheduled during the first week.
Operator Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
- Complete quality checks and record data.
- Keep the work area clean.
- Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Dispense raw materials according to specifications.
- Verify labels and document dispensing processes accurately.
- Load and unload raw materials; report damage or inconsistencies.
- Scale, measure, and sample materials with precision.
- Support overflow tasks and collaborate across departments.
- Assist with inventory adjustments and cycle counts.
- Mentor peers and support a positive team environment.
- Troubleshoot issues and elevate when needed.
- Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets.
- Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 0–3 years of manufacturing or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
- Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and digital tools.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred).
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive.
- Skilled at guiding others and supporting team goals.
Hourly pay: $20.64–$23.64 (approx.).
Shift differentials: $1.50 per hour for 2nd shift; $3.00 per hour for 3rd shift.
