Position Summary
As a Label Room Technician, you’ll manage label inventory and help ensure the right labels are issued, tracked, and stored for production. You’ll keep the label room clean and organized, follow safety and quality procedures, and support accurate documentation. Your attention to detail helps us deliver the products people love — safely and consistently.
Shift/ScheduleThis role operates on the 3rd shift, with a schedule of Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM.
Onboarding ScheduleTo ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5‑day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.
Responsibilities- Manage label inventory and printed components
- Issue correct labels for production and reconcile returns
- Monitor label revisions and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized label room
- Complete paperwork and data entry accurately
- Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with systems like SAP, Oracle, AS400, PQM, or Captiva preferred
- Prior experience in manufacturing or quality assurance preferred
- Basic proficiency in English to comply with verbal and written directions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and basic software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Team‑oriented and dependable
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $23.64 plus a $3.00 hourly shift differential. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
