• Perform disassembly and reassembly of top assembly chassis, sub‑assemblies, and components with minimal instruction, ensuring every step meets stringent quality standards.
• Share expertise by cross‑training, mentoring, and providing technical assistance to fellow assemblers.
• Set up and operate advanced test equipment, including digital/analog voltmeters, oscilloscopes, Hi‑Pot meters, and more, to evaluate and troubleshoot electronic products using schematics and established procedures.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure every product meets exacting standards, while recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Provide clear written and oral feedback on test evaluations, assembly processes, and quality outcomes, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
• Maintain an organized workstation, tools, and equipment, and adhere to all company safety rules and regulations.

• High School Diploma or GED, plus certifications in IPC‑A‑610, J‑STD‑001, and IPC‑7711.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on manufacturing experience in electronics assembly and testing.
• Proficiency in using tools, gauges, schematics, and electronic equipment; strong dexterity and hand‑eye coordination; basic computer skills; and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work shifts beyond a standard workweek, and at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.

• Base pay range $25–$30 per hour, with potential annual discretionary bonus.
