Operator (Evening shift

Job Summary

As an Operator at Nestlé Health Science, you will work with machinery to produce world‑class nutrition products. You will follow safety and quality procedures, monitor production equipment, and support a clean, efficient work area.

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Maintain a clean work area
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
• Comfortable using computers or tablets
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math and mechanical understanding
• Strong attention to detail
• Team‑oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $22.14, which includes a $1.50 per hour shift differential.

This role operates on the 2nd shift, Monday‑Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

A structured 4–5 day onboarding program, scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the first week.
